Do both partners need to attend every couples therapy session?

In most cases, yes. Couples therapy works best when both partners take part, since much of the work happens in the space between partners. That said, there are times when an individual session can be helpful, and the therapist will always discuss the best approach as therapy progresses.

Individual therapy sessions are $130 per session and couples sessions are $150 per session. TogetherWorks accepts BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, and Evernorth insurance. For out-of-network clients, superbills are provided for possible reimbursement. A sliding scale may be available for those who qualify. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, check, ACH transfer, Venmo, Zelle, and Health Savings Account.

What insurance does TogetherWorks accept?

TogetherWorks accepts BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, and Evernorth. For clients with out-of-network coverage, superbills are provided to help navigate possible reimbursement. Contact the office with questions about coverage, fees, or payment options.
